He is misguiding to call on Monday when queried about the status of a petition. It was told by the Assistant Registrar yesterday to communicate to 24347690 today to know the details, saying the person who operates computer is in this number. The one who attends the phone call says he is security. The system sucks, take care to know Information Commission is attached to government and not yet another government department that has to follow the same routine what other department follows, and for which the dispute arises. I wish you to treat this mail urgent and inform me the status of petition number 47413 registered on 7.10.2013.It is a must the number be conveyed to the petitioner online. The petition is given under life and liberty basis. Take a note on the RTI act which aims to enhance economy and efficacy of the system that lies only with the participation of public and you cannot say your decision is final. Review the decisions taken .Wont you find they are to be the convictions , not decision taken. I received a reply for a memo numbered 47437/D/2013.The same petition mentioned above is sent as hard copy on the request of the official who attended my communication to receive petitions through email saying that email is not possible. The petition is given as life and liberty for which I moved to send hard copy too where it is found now that they had registered online petition too. The next step soon would be to send the number to the petitioner through email that they can wait till the decision is made. It is ridiculous you bombard the phone calls to different persons which evidences you don’t work for the mission. Before asking others, realize why disciplinary action cannot be taken on the commission which is to accept and communicate on emails as mandate. We don’t have to go to court to prove the mail sent is not responded. The mission of your department needs it as basic. It is ridiculous you have PIO to your commission too. Realize any decision can be for the conviction of all involved. Get back to the purpose. Do not dodge petitioner with work force who imposes authority, Information commission is not to respect the person who communicates over phone , but the communication and take due measures. Inclusion will be felt when we receive the status information as transparent and accountable for it is democratic. There is no fault or a remark when you do not know rules, but there need to be a query to yourself, if you don’t accept to respond to a rule if indicated and move to provide a superficial, authoritative reply. The reply to petition 47437/D/2013 is to be rechecked and responded again which would have been normal, if the information is conveyed on email. Our participation, struggles towards the stubborn authority of front desk clerks who responds as they wish is to get registered since it shows the remains of barbarianism against which RTI works. It is not the formal words, but words responding to the content of communication. There is no need to use phone to any of the government offices, since the same is recommended interim for immediate response which is met with online messages instantly and that is warranted officially, whereas the phone communications are violations any time if tar written record is not made. Realize PIC is to establish democracy. That is what is recommended as citizen centric. Securities are not to attend phone calls except in the number which is given for them exclusively. It is mindless to make the printout sent to email petitions reversing the procedure. It is baseless to take the printout to make the file handling back again to the day old system of administration. The best way to upgrade the PIC is to appoint probationers who are afresh with constitution and who could hear what the victim says.
