To all my friends and people I know, as many may know I have taken an opportunity I turned down at the start of 2014. I was offered an apprenticeship. I have now taken the same one that was offered and I start on the 3rd of February 2015. This means I have 1 week of school left. I finish on Friday the 28th and I will be leaving at the end of lunch time. You can all sign my shirt if you like. But this is what i want to do in life being a pastry chef, many may say Im to young. But I have given it a years thought. Im ready to step into the big wide world.
