To all of the customers that have come in to our store in the last few weeks, we have been absolutely slammed with repairs. We do our best to get our customers in and out in 20 minutes or less. But worst case scenario, always within an hour or so. On special orders, we obviously have to wait until we get your shipment. We just hired a new receptionist and she is doing a great job! Between training her, while staying caught up with all of our repairs and answering calls and emails, we do our best to give every customer complete satisfaction, while offering the lowest prices we can. We pride ourselves in having over 6,000 customers in a small town. Ive said all that to say this: If any of you have had a less than expected experience, or delayed service in the last 2-3 weeks, we sincerely apologize. We are human, but we are here to serve our customers, and will continue to work every day for you!! Have a great weekend!! Management
