To all our fans, please sign and share this petition urging Governor Deval Patrick to increase support for the Arts, Cultural, and Creative community in Massachusetts. Gloucester has been the recipient of many programs generated by the Massachusetts Cultural Council, including: ·The Four Cultural Districts throughout Cape Ann ·The Facilities Fund which has helped fund building projects at the Cape Ann Museum, Rocky Neck Art Colony, Maritime Gloucester and others. ·The Adams Grant, a match grant that is currently funding the Cultural District’s mobile app project and has helped in the organization of SeARTS. ·Funding for numerous grants awarded to local artists and art organizations administered by our local Cultural Council. ·Providing a continuing resource for our community on issues concerning arts and culture.
