To all the women I know, Molly Rogers, Laura Grant, Rachael Deegan, Mandy Travis, Tanja Odins, Shanon Merinar, Michelle Bogroff, Christina Miller, Lily Bell, Maggie Wilson, please, please, please, if you havent already, consider getting some sort of self defense training. Dudes, let all your female friends, relatives, wives, girlfriends, know they should get training as well. This world is sick and we all need to be able to protect ourselves. Ive had to protect Molly before; this is some real shit.
