Going to Irish Book Awards tonight!!! But first, have to scrub off the self-tanning process which has me a bit stripy.... Old home spray tans need do not use if you are in a hurry and are tired written on them. Plus, one hand looks as if its been to Barbados, the other hand been to Portugal and my fingers (never do them at all) have been in Iceland on a long trip. If anyone has vaseline on their lens and gets a nice, blurry pic tonight, will stick it up! Tomorrow, will do all Facebook lovely comments. Am so behind with everything. Also, am off to investigate a lovely thing whereby former battery hens in Ireland are going to nice homes and because their feathers are often pecked off, lovely kind people are knitting them little coats. Gorgeous Pauline McGlynn - who runs a business making tea cosies as well as being a fabulous actor and writer - is involved. I am a bad knitter but if they have crochet patterns...? Love hens. I will investigate and get back to you but doesnt that make you happy?xxxx
