Vessel will cruise Malaysia, Thailand and Australia. Owner is Asian but prefers Western, home cooked style meals, however crew meals are to be fresh, interesting and healthy. Dining is a big focus for the owner, with daily preparations for breakfast, lunch, canapes and dinner. The chef must be highly organized and maintain a clean galley. Culinary training not a requirement. Flexible start date with possibility of rejoining vessel next spring for the season in Pacific Northwest. Non smokers only.
