To destroy corrupt MPs and corrupt IAS/IPS/judges one law will suffice --- put all land ownership record on internet with names and IDs of land-owners Most of black money that corrupt Indian MPs, judges, IAS, IPS etc have is stashed in land. And with one stroke, all can be exposed in front of their committed supporters. Which stroke? Pls request all 80 crore voters of India to order their MPs via SMS to print a draft in Gazette that Income Tax Dept will gather and publish all information on ownership of every square inch of land in India. Once the information becomes public, all honest activists who are still andh-bhagats of their leaders in BJP, Congress, CPM etc and corrupt-activist-leaders will leave them. So corrupt leaders, judges, IAS, IPS etc will be left with money-hungry activists. And thus this leaders will fail. No leader can work without committed activists. The land-ownership will show name of person who owns the land along with his ID. And if owner is trust or company, then data will show ID of that trust/company and a separate table will have data of IDs of owners of that trust/company, along with % share he owns in the company In addition, income tax dept can be asked to list the plots circle rate value. This will citizens, will be able to obtain information on how much land each corrupt leader owns, and its circle rate value As this information becomes public, the corrupt activists and corrupt leaders and leaders who support other corrupt leaders will get exposed before their committed supporters. Gradually, their committed supporters will desert them and join groups where activists are genuinely committed. This will weaken corrupt political-leaders and corrupt activist-leaders, and strengthen the groups who are striving for real good change.
