To help my clients respect boundaries of their family members, they have to write and sign an apology contract when a family member feels like their boundaries have been crossed. Given the age of some of my clients, they can read rather comical at times, like today when I had to help one client write, I, (7 year old clients name), now understand that picking my sisters nose for her when she said she didnt want a tissue was an unsafe or disrespectful behavior and will try to respect her physical/emotional/mental boundaris better in the future. *sigh*
