To me, he was doing all the right things. He was NOT a Dang Dummy, no sir, not this guy. I was on Rutherford road last night near the chicken house. As I went up that steep hill and crossed the bridge I saw a small, bright light shining toward me. It was startling, but no problem. A man was on a bicycle, coming towards me, but he was on the SIDEWALK. He had on bright clothing, lights in front and back, and was out of the road. I think he was doing everything he could to be safe on his journey. There are many townships now, where he would have been breaking the law. They would have this guy off the sidewalk, and on the busy street with other vehicles going much faster than him. THAT just doesnt make any sense to me. It is a stupid law orchestrated by Dang Dummies!
