To my Facebook friends, please pray for my family as my youngest brother, Roger Page, died Sunday afternoon while in enroute home from a family birthday gathering. This happened around 6PM while visiting a Walgreens Pharmacy in Virginia Beach. He was having an angina attack and went to the nearest Walgreens store to get a nitroglycerin tablet for his heart instead of going to the Walgreen store closest to his home to pick up his prescription. It was farther away from where he was when the attack occurred. Inside the store he had to wait while the blame pharmacist was processing his order to verify info, my brother sat down in chair and died waiting for the tablet. Oh Lord help me not to be angry with the pharmacy people. My brothers friend started CPR and the pharmacy did not even bring him a compact defibrillator to shock his heart or even attempt CPR. The 911 operator had to tell his friend what to do. The Rescue Squad arrived and gave him medicine, still no heart beat. The Emergency Room gave his 5 does of meds to get his heart pumping. He deserved better than what he got from the Walgreens drug store. He was only 68. May he rest in peace and in the arms of Jesus. Thank you for your prayers for his family and mine.
