Start here: 1 minute each Air squats Plank to Superman Alternating leg lunges Full-body push-ups (you know the ones :) REST - 1 minute BLOCK 2: 1 minute each Single -leg balance - right Single-leg balance - left Sit-ups to cross jabs (left and right) 5 Chair dips to 5 mountain climbers REST and Repeat both blocks!!!
