If you find out anything after that time, the seller can take you to court and FORCE you to buy the house. How is that for crazy??? I am in this situation and with my luck being what it is, the seller is Norman Sloan. He is true bottom feeding hot shot, top gun attorney, who has every intention of doing just that. I pass this on because as bizarre as it sounds, it does happen.
