To our Facebook friends, First of all, this message, while humbling, is also unapologetic as it reflects a cause that Deanna and I are extremely passionate about. So much, that we have invested literally all that we had in time and financial resources in order to organize and oversee this ministry. As you probably guessed, I am referring to Tennessee Valley Pastoral Counseling. For those of you who do not know what TVPC is, it is a non-profit organization which provides free Christian counseling services to individuals, couples, and families within north Alabama. Not only are we in love with what God has called us to do, we have also been so incredibly blessed to be a small part of what He has been doing in so many lives over the past 8 months. However, the fact remains that our current financial need is dire, and this ministry is in an extremely desperate situation. We want nothing more to continue what we are doing, and are reaching out to you to ask that you will help us make this happen. Here are just two specific ways that you can help RIGHT NOW to bless this ministry financially, and allow us to continue in our work: 1. Please consider supporting us with a monthly gift. One new concept that we have launched is the $10.00 Club. By making a recurring contribution of $10.00, you are able to help us with our mission. Of course, your gift could also be greater if you wish or even a one time offering, and all donations are 100% tax-deductible! You can support us in this way by visiting tnvalleypc.org/partners.html. 2. Secondly, please attend one or both of our exciting fundraisers for this year. One major one coming up is the 2014 Womens Conference at Decatur Baptist Church on November 15th! It will feature Nancy Stafford, Anita Renfroe, and Point of Grace! Another exciting event coming on December 12th is an evening with legendary country artist, Bryan White! Information and tickets for both of these functions can be obtained by visiting tnvalleypc.org/events.html. Finally, if you have any specific questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at TNValleyPC@gmail or by calling us at (256) 224-8702. We appreciate your prayers and support, and look forward to the opportunity to continue serving the north Alabama community! Forever His, Lance and Deanna
