To the Uisce Ceathair .. and all those who make the stand .. We salute you .. To those that dont know .. 4 are expected to go to jail for peaceful demonstration, 4 more families threatened by the loss of a member because a private company with the help of our government have been sentenced... because they do not recognise a private entity, an entity that in its actions in Dublin and as seen in Clonmel do not recognise the law, nor the care of the individual right of choice.. At no stage have they upheld the basic aspect of their contract in the provision of IDs, Safety Certs or any other documentation requested, As seen recently the practice of agreed non contract is also going down the drain with their practice of installation of meters at houses that have specified no contract and not sent any pack back to IW... a contract has be agreed with both parties.. I am not a lawyer but my basis understanding presumed or otherwise a contract has to be agreed by both parties.. a contract as with Irish Water must be jointly engaged by both parties and as with a mortgage each householder must be notified of the change.. but how much of this has happened.. The words of this Government changes from Day to Day, but the words of the people do not change .. From Sept in Dublin .. to now .. the chant is the Same FROM THE MOUNTAINS TO THE SEA.......
