To the incredible supporters of my jewelry - the USPS has increased costs of shipping first class package items as of today by 14.2% (!!!) on items weighing 1 to 3 ounces, which, unfortunately, most of the stuff I ship weighs in that area (other services have also increased, but Im not sure by what %). As such, I have had to increase my shipping costs by $.25 for US addresses. For International addresses, I was actually losing money on shipping costs with my old amount already. Therefore, I had to increase International costs by $.55. I am very sorry for this :( I feel I price my jewelry quite aggressively, and I really cant eat the increased costs in shipping - 14.2% is a lot in my opinion. My shipping prices include all the supplies I need for shipping as well as the actual cost to mail the items - these include things like the bubble mailer, extra bubble wrap (I wrap the boxes in extra bubble wrap), the boxes, the ribbon, the note card, the tape, the ink and paper to print the shipping label. I truly hope this doesnt upset too many customers - current, future, and return. I HATE doing this, I truly do. I hope my friends (and future friends!!) will continue to support my jewelry as I very much do love creating these pieces to share with you all.
