To the mommies on this forum... especially stay at home mommies who are home alone with their kids all day, I just found out there are people going around pretending to be CPS, DHS, DFS, etc... they dont seem to have credentials when requested. People have actually been letting them in their house because they think they have to. Some moms are being followed from their local stores on foot or in their vehicles. Please, if anything of this nature happens to you, do NOT let them in your house, keep your doors and windows locked and call the police. If they persist, tell them they can enter when the police arrive to confirm identity. I know this happens with other scenarios, but this is seriously terrifying to me! This would make a home invasion extremely easy! ***Disclaimer: this has not been reported to me as happening in Norco, but it seems to be happening all over the country, so I am only posting for awareness in case they start targeting our area...
