To the shitbag that tied this dog to a bike rack and abandoned him: Shame on you. Do you have any freaking idea how incredibly intelligent and fabulous this dog is? 10 minutes a day. Hell, 7 minutes a day. Thats all it would have taken for you to not give up on him. In the time you spend effing around on Twitter and Facebook posting selfies, you could have developed Rufio into a fantastic agility dog or taught him an endless encyclopedia of commands and tricks. He is cuddly, playful, friendly, and even a great running partner. Your loss. Now a family in Houston is going to inherit quite possibly one of the smartest dogs we have ever come across.
