To the women who come here and state that All men are jerks or All men are assh*les — I think what you mean is that the men YOU have falling for have been the wrong type of man... and unfortunately, you have accountability there... as you picked them and/or stayed. Both here on this page and in my books, Im not writing about ALL men... and although the title is The Problem with Women... is Men... that is NOT a statement that encapsulates ALL men or ALL relationships. In my research and writing, I discuss the WRONG type of man to: 1) Give women choosing the wrong guy a heads up on the red flags AND their own flawed selection process; and 2) To help weed out the jerks so that GREAT men have a fighting chance and dont get lumped in with the assh*les some women have been selecting. SO... before you come here and bash ALL men... please think twice. There are great men out there... but you wont find them with an angry, bitter attitude towards an entire gender. To move past bad relationship experiences, we have to see our part in things — even if our part was merely that we fell for the wrong person, ignored red flags of behavior, stayed too long, put too much in without reciprocity, or sacrificed our self-esteem and individuality just to have a chance at love.
