To think like 1943 we need to immerse ourselves in the way people saw things back then, much like a first person impression in my former Civil War life. This film link was posted in another group and really does a good job of not only being a standard propoganda film of the period, but helped that generation to understand why we were fighting and how to win it. It was shown to troops on every front and in training.
