To think that you are a master of your own backyard grilling parties is one thing, to have someone else think this is quite another. With that said I have been asked to cook at my next door neighbors wedding rehearsal dinner party. I only hope that I can live up to her expectations. I don’t have numbers or a menu yet but I am sure this will be interesting, exciting, serious, fun, and hard work all rolled up into an orchestrated event that I hope will produce great food and pleasant memories for her and her family. I know that the wedding will have 500 plus people and will be catered and I have been asked to attend. What should I wear? Nyki, thank you for being the greatest and bestest neighbor a neighbor could ever have.
