To those of you who have continually posted your thoughts and support for Israel via social media, I urge you to take it a step further by contacting your state representatives. If enough of us speak out, our voices collectively will put pressure on this administration to stop supporting Hamas, a terrorist organization, and start supporting Israel, the only democracy in the Middle East. The next big issue will be helping Israel in its efforts to resupply its diminished military supplies, so that Israel can continue to defend itself. If this administration continues on its current path, it could very likely hold this over Israels head if it refuses the ridiculous cease fire terms Kerry outlined. Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, its the only thing that ever has. ~ Margaret Mead ***Below is something my father wrote. Apparently it met all of Hamas’ demands while leaving the tunnels and rocket launchers intact. It might as well have been written by Hamas, as it meets their demands but completely ignores Israel’s safety and security concerns. When the safety and security of a nation is threatened by those that seek its total destruction, the people have the right to defend themselves and their country. Whose side of the conflict is this administration on? Israel, the only democracy in the Middle East, or Hamas, a terrorist organization allied with Radical Islamists, who by any means necessary wants first to destroy the State of Israel and then the West? I urge you to pressure this presidential administration to stop supporting Hamas! Instead, this nation should be supporting and aiding Israel in this fight! Sincerely, _________________
