**Toasty and Tubby** Wintering polo horses available in Wiveliscombe nr Taunton, Somerset. We offer a unique service catering to the horses needs. CandleTrees farm has 150 acre of land, we can hold 60 polo horses comfortably allowing them to have 2 acre per horse, our land drains exceptionally well and despite last year being the wettest year on record we never had standing water. All fields are safe and secure ( no stock wire) with high dense hedge rows. Each horse has a individual profile done upon arrival. We like to know if the horse has history or suffers from : choke, colic, weight issues, mud fever or rain scald so we can provide the best possible care, getting your horse safely through the winter months. Horses are be in herds of 2 to 20 per field. All horses are checked morning and evening, They are fed out a constant supply of large bales of haylage ( max 4 to a bale). Each horse is brought in once a week for a thorough check over ( rugs off). *We can prepare horses for sale ( brought in, brushed down, also can clip upon request. * We can arrange for all horses to have there feet trimmed ( farrier of your choice) * Our local vets are 5 minutes away * Owner lives on site * Full time live in groom No hidden costs £25 a week per horse starting from mid september till march .
