Leaving military authority while not in combat- AWOL QRnO 103.23. Leaving military authority while in theater- Desertion QRnO 103,21. Coming together has a unit and refusing to go- Mutiny With and Without Violence QRnO 103.13 and 103.12. Tries to change the government by force that is sending him to war- Advocating governmental Change by Force QRnO 103.15. Appealing to the Governor General to dissolve Parliament to avoid a war- Traitorous or disloyal Utterances QRnO 103.27. Injuring yourself to avid a war- Malingering or Maiming 103.27. Commander puts him into a situation where he will be killed and he refuses- Offences by any Person in the Presence of the Enemy QRnO 103.07. Anything else a soldier does not to go to war- Conduct to the Good Order and Discipline QRnO 103.60. These offences can result in life imprisonment if deemed serious enough by Military Seems fair O.o
