Today 20+ dogs were confiscated and taken to our main county shelter. We are going to take three of them into our rescue. This little boy, only 4 lbs and maybe 2 years old has mats so bad that the hair is peeling away from his skin. Probably the worst I have seen for dirty filth and matting in my 25 years in rescue. All of them were this way. Mix between Maltese and Long Hair Chi .... at least these guys were saved from anything worse.... if you suspect or know of this type of thing going on REPORT TO AUTHORITIES PLEASE
