Today, Aug 15, 2013 made 25 years since i was told i had cancer. I go for regular check-ups and i decide a few months back that i would have my 25th yr check up today since Aug 15, 1988 is a date that will live with me for the rest of my life. A whole lot of things have changed in the past quarter of a century. I still go to the same doctor in Lexington that i started with in 1988. He and i both have gotten just a little bit older than we were when we first met. But thankfully we both are still here. I very rarely ever post anything about my private or personal life. But this i wanted to post and share with whoever reads it. But the most important reason? I want to say publicly that i am truly thankful that "GOD" allowed me live and have my life back! And also this may help someone that is battling a major sickness that needs to know to keep their hope grounded in their faith and never give up fighting!
