Woooooot Awesome Almond Pancakes Submitted by Ann Camper (DE) Ingredients Absolutely Almond Pound Cake Mix™ 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) melted butter 1 cup plus 4 Tbsp. water Fresh fruit Whipped cream Directions Heat flat griddle or frying pan over medium heat. Combine first 3 ingredients; stir to blend. Ladle pancake mix onto griddle sprayed with non-stick spray. Flip pancake when edges start to firm and bubbles come through center. Remove pancake when fluffy. Serve warm topped with fresh fruit and whipped cream.
