Today, I am going to put my cooking expertise to at TEST... Molo Soup( fresh from my cooking lesson) this particular dish hails from the Ilongo cuisine..for some it will look like just another dumpling soup...prepared in grounded beef,shrimps,chives and a little cornstarch in molo wrapper .. soup is sauteed garlic , onions in sesame oil with chicken shreds and broth..VOALA! cooked to PERFECTION!!!HAPPY ME.
