Today I am thankful that God is helping me with patience, anger issues, and to try and be a kinder person. I am learning that sometimes when you are frustrated and want to yell at someone (customer service ) nice things happen without even asking. Example Called Cox Cust Svc Thursday. They said my modem had not even shipped out when I was promised It would be delivered on Thursday. Old me would have crawled through the phone and demanded a supervisor. I was told to expect it next Tuesday. I was polite, thanked them for their time. Excepting the things we cannot change. Much to my surprise the FedEx man shows up on Saturday with my modem. I was nice, didnt get angry, and got something without even asking....
