Today I am very saddened that my good old friend Foster F. Fundi, him who dines and wines with world leaders posted a status praising HE Prof APM for wining investor money into Malawi during his recent USA trip. In that status, I learnt through comments, that the funds my big brother #Foster was refering to included those pledged by Global Fund (GFTAM) and Soros Foundation. I am still shaking my head in disbelief that bwana Fundi, having stayed in the US for a good number of years, still cant differentiate Global Fund from investors. If the funding he was refering to includes money from Soros, GFTAM; then we have a very serious problem. By the way, funds pledged by Global Funds were for a seven year period and they are not for investment. They are for either TB, or Malaria or HIV and AIDS or all the three. Bwana Fundi, lets talk. We have always exchanged notes before. Both here on FB and in private.
