Today I beat the street looking for a job. I met a manager at TRADER JOES and filled out the application. Then I hightailed it to ISLANDS which opens Nov 1st who kindly let me fill out the app and then told me were fully staffed. Then I raced up to PF CHANGS whose Emo Boy greeter sneered at me and sent me on my way. Ironically, as I walked between restaurants, I ran into an old ING coworker who was bemoaning the job he has where he does nothing all day, hence him sat out in the sunshine. Nice work. On to CHEESECAKE FACTORY where the young lasses at the front desk giggled upon hearing my British tones and the Armenian Manager just kept repeating were not hiring right now. Then to TORITO GRILL, where they couldnt have been nicer about filling out an app and telling me to harass the hiring lady cos the place is awesome to work for. Then to BUFFALO WILD WINGS where the lingerie model greeter kept checking out my shoes and told me to apply online, handing me a card that simply said, apply online. The job hunt continues.
