Today I made Ambadi bhajis Pakode..in Maharashtra it call Ambadi..in moras bhaji in Gujrat n Gongura in AP..it tastes salty...n it comes in only monsoon.. Sarika yeah lo Pakode ki recipe:) For this you need: 1/2bunch Gongura wash n finally chopped 5/6garlic pods grated or finally chopped 1/2tsp grated ginger 4/5green chillies crushed 1 or 2 tbsp kasuri methi 1tbsp sesame seeds 2tbsp sugar (I know it sounds wired.. But it does required..it tastes more yumm with adding sugar...) 3tbsp Suji 3tbsp besan 2tbsp rice flour Salt to taste Some chopped cashews Oil for frying Can add onion too Method: In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients..n make a very thick batter..do not add too much water..n deep fry it..n enjoy with ketchup or mint chutney..:)
