Today I phoned up the network provider for my mobile phone regarding a continual loss of signal. The young chap on the help line (Sanjay I believe) was more than sympathetic to my problem and promptly responded with a question to help trouble shoot the issue. Are you standing by a tree? I was more than puzzled by this mavericks thought process and alas it was my cue in the conversation to take the lead. Sanjay...... While I appreciate your enthusiasm and I dont claim to be a technical genius, I find it hard to believe that we live in an age where our communication devices not only possess advanced calendar and calculator functions but the ability to access the world wide web that a mere tree could pose an possible threat to my signal strength. I am almost relieved that this phone call is recorded for training purposes as you will be exposed as a Nincompoop and clearly be fast tracked for a review on your basic product and technical knowledge. I bid you good day. I promptly hung up and went about my business
