Today I was working on clearing the area for Eddie and Autumns new cottage. I was carrying some small pieces of lumber, and I stepped on some roof panels. AS I was putting my foot ON them, I was thinking, This isnt smart and sure enough, it was not! I went splat, lumber went flying. It was hilarious! I was sitting there laughing, and BJ, who had been supervising, came to my rescue. He hopped around, kissed my face till I was soggy, then stole the one piece of lumber I had managed to hold onto and ran off with it. The dumb panels are slick, and I couldnt get up, just sliding around. My pants ended up full of snow, and I called that an afternoon! Worked on the wish list for a while instead. Seemed safer! A few of the quantities will be corrected tomorrow, since I am guessing based on the building size we get. But here are some of the things that our sweet Eddie boy will need. He will be roomies with sister Autumn, so some of it is already accounted for from her budget and what is left of the fundraiser, such as a roll of fence, so that is not on the list. It is a great savings being able to have them be roomies, so that helps a lot! We already have a new collar and leash, a brand new bed, food and water bowl, and some basics like that for him. He will be spoiled rotten! Eddie will know the good life now.
