Today I went to along time friends funeral. Her name was Yvonne....I have known her since 5th grade....she was a wonderful person with tons of great qualities...a super human being...she loved her family and friends deeply...you were her friend forever even with the good and bad you had and believe me I had alot of bad..I would call her and pour out my problems and she would quietly listen and then she would give her great advice...which sometimes I did not take, but,she never gave up on me and still loved me and was there for me all the time...Friendship like that doesnt come very often...I have said this thousands of times....Life is too short....in your busy life take the time to be with family and friends...stay in touch with your support group.....take each day as if it were your last....enjoy the day...and thank God every day for who you are and have.....my biggest regret is that I didnt spent more time with Yvonne but, God bless you Yvonne,for all those years of friendship and caring...for being my friend....I know Yvonne that you are physically gone...but, in my heart you will never be gone.
