Today I went to my knee surgeon, he says that my knee is warm and that is due to inflammation as the knee is healing in layers. I am only 4 months out of surgery with a knee manipulation a little over a month ago now. The surgeon says that it could take a year or more for it to heal completely :-( I hope that it is sooner then that. He wants me not to walk on my new knee so much until the inflammation goes down. Good news is Ill be better, bad news is when. Those pain patches are really helping, yay!
