Today Lincoln is having a little more breathing issues. He desats often, though he corrects fairly quickly. His chest xray shows that the right side is pretty consolidated, and if its still the same tomorrow, they will start steroids. Great thing about steroids is they should heal the lungs pretty quickly, but the bad news is that they may cause brain issues down the road. At this point, the benefits outweigh the risks though. Please just be praying that his little brain will be protected while his lungs are healed.
