Today, Monday, July 28th is the deadline for new Florida voter registrations and party affiliation changes for the upcoming August 26th Primary Election. Since Florida is a closed Primary State, you will only be able to vote for candidates of your registered party affiliation, nonpartisan races and issues. Please check your registered party affiliation and make any changes by July 28th. You can verify your voter registration information online by visiting the Supervisor of Elections Office website votesjc Use the Voter Lookup or My Voter Page. ATTN: Employees with protected addresses - You cannot use the Voter Lookup to verify your registration; however, you can use My Voter Page and look up your address under Find My Polling Place. Then choose your correct sample ballot by selecting your registered party affiliation. Please call the Office, and we will be happy to check your registration to make sure it’s up to date. Want to vote by mail? If you’ll be out of town, prefer not to wait in line, or just like the convenience and privacy of voting your ballot at home, visit our website and request your absentee ballot today.
