Today, November 30, 2014, in response to new guidelines from Facebook - and in particular in deciding whether or not to use Facebook after January 1, 2015 - pursuant to articles L.111, 112 and 113 of the Intellectual Property Code, I am announcing that my privacy rights are attached to all my personal data (drawings, paintings, photos, texts, music, videos, non-exhaustive list) posted on my profile. I forbid anyone, including Facebook staff or any other persons under the direction of Facebook, to disclose, copy, distribute, transmit or take any other action against me and/or my information based on this profile and/or its contents. Any intentions for commercial use or any other use of the above stated personal information and property requires my written consent at all times. The content of my profile contains private information. The violation of my privacy is punishable by law (UCC 1-1-1-103 308,308 and the Rome Statute). Facebook is now a publicly traded entity. All members are invited to put such a warning on their profiles, or if you prefer, you can copy and paste this version. If you have not published this statement at least once, you are tacitly condoning the use of elements such as photos, as well as the information in the profile update.
