Today Sisthy Robert Hawkins will be at west valley track 530pm. Would u like to try some tea? She will start at 6pm with a 1 mile (4 laps around) u can jog walk crawl or skip n even sing along as u go. I went from14 mins to 9 mins to some thats slow im proud of me and if u knock off jst seconds thats still progress. So get out there n time urself send. Me ur times i will be in moreno valley but i want ur timed....every1 welcome. Push ups n situps also...
