Today a busy day in "De Herberg". Tonight my guests will take place for a special dinner. Ok, we start with the homemade allioli, homemade marinaded olives, an amuse, a shrimp cocktail, home made soup and than a pause.....We will continue with Dutch beef and solomillo de cerdo, with several vegatables, fried patatoes from the oven and the dessert is the home made pear cake with TuttiFritti ice cream.........
