Today at 12 pm I will be forced to take legal action against a family member once again for not paying for me my work being done on my mothers house.Once the paper work is filed my moms house will come to a screeching halt.Everyone that has worked on it will be paid and only I have not been paid to this point.The conservator as we shall call her was given an open check book with 90,000 a year ago.She has done all she could to keep my mothers home from being completed so Medicaid will get the home.Yesterday I drove to Kernersville and paid for the kitchen counter tops and emailed the bill to this idiot.Again she said it was not a paid bill when it said CASH sale on it.Today I will pick up the counter tops and put into storage.Since this conservator is not bonded on my moms house I will be filing liens against my moms estate and her personal property also which should get some attention since her new husbands home will be part of the lien.At this point I am owed over 17,000.00 and she refuses to pay me even though the money is in the account to be paid for the work done.My dead line was Jan 8th but since she did not deliver the cabinets as promised on December the 8th date but was delivered on December 23rd it has got me behind in all my work.I have worked12 hour days and even Sundays to get my moms house completed only to have the conservator do all she could to stop the progress.Yes she cancelled the AEP permanent power to the home 3 weeks so I could not cut on the heat pump to get the moisture out of the floors to be fixed and sanded.I am posting this because several know who this person is and need to talk some sense into this complete air head of an idiot.Once I take the liens out no one can finish the home and this means Medicaid will come in and more than likely place charges.Social Services will also be looking into why she is not performing her Fiduciary duty as required in her contract as conservator.3 weeks I went to court to start the paper work to become Guardian over my mother because I am the contractor getting paid for the work on the home the Judge would not allow me to be the conservator which makes sense to me.On the audit turned in to the court and me I see where the conservator charged my mother 2.18 to take a tea to the nursing home .On the audit I see there the conservator also charged my mom 75.00 for clothes and food taken to her at the nursing home.Well this might seem okay to most of you until you see she also took 2500.00 for conservator management fee which is 3% of what my moms has and she managed to somehow co-mingle all the insurance money into my moms regular account so she got 3% of around 100,000.I also seen in the audit the conservator took out 1624.00 for money she claimed she spent putting up a ceiling fan,painting a bedroom and putting down prefinished floor in her bedroom at my moms which was 2 years ago.I find a problem with this since I found the receipts for this on the carport of my moms home once it burned.Did I mention she give all my moms furniture away and but claims she give her boyfriend/husband 750.00 to remove debris from the job? Did I mention in December she wrote a check to her now husband for 45.00 for mowing the yard sometime in June.On the audit it shows she paid 2200.00 for appliances but I have the Lowes receipt for 2159.00.On the audit turned in to me and the court there is no mention of the 44.00 left over each month from my moms disability check and I pointed this out to the commissioner of accounts who told me not to worry about because in the final audit in March this might be looked into.After reading just a portion of what I have in my hand I think you can see why I have to take out warrants in debt today to make sure I am paid for all my work since there was insurance money paid for the house burning.One thing I forget to mention the conservator cut off the water to the home August 12th ,2013 for spite to make her mother move out but my baby sister stayed even without water until the home burned November 9th,2013.I was told by the conservator yesterday she was going to show I am unstable and not fit to be guardian over my mother.I might as well mention I have text messages from the conservator threatening suicide if I did not finish my moms house several months ago.As all of you know this is how my wife took her life and this family member knows that and used it as leverage to get me to finish my moms home.I know we look bad airing out dirty laundry on facebook but I wanted everyone to know what this 30 yr old so called conservator has put me and mom through the last yr.Because she has held the construction of the home up the state will now take the new home and sell it.I did mention the conservator got married 3 weeks after she took the 2500.00 conservator fee out of my moms account and never told my mom she was getting married.People this is a child that I raised for over 11 yrs,took to the beach all I could and bought her a 1200.00 Gateway computer for Christmas when she was only 11 yrs old.This is a child I paid 60,00 for new tennis shoes at a volleyball game because all the other kids had new shoes and my sister had no job.The money owed to me right now is being used as leverage against me and the conservator has promised to trash me and my business all she could in the community and on Facebook so I guess I just wanted to open that door for her so she could start.All the work done on my moms house I have receipts but of course the conservator has told me since its my moms house I am not entitled to be paid for my labor personally.There was a management fee for the contractor for over 18,000.00 to rebuild the home and I think I might be getting 5800.00 when all is said and done after dealing with this over a year now.This person took her sister from her mom over 8 yrs ago only to give her up 3 times and walked out on me in 2008 and I had to raise the 8 yr old kid for 8 months until I could no longer handle her.Now she is in her 5th Foster home and the conservator is the only one in the family that is allowed to see her in Tenn. for some reason.This is the same person who my sister Tammy give 20,000 of her insurance money to keep but the conservator spent it.Imagine that insurance money from a fire and money taken again.This conservator moved in with my mom in October 2012 because she was charged with assault on her then boyfriends 72 yr old mom and was convicted in December 2012.Last night I sent a mail explaining to the conservator what was going to take place today by 12 pm if I was not paid my money.You see the last time it took over 9 months and 3 court dates to get paid.THIS TIME I MEAN BUSINESS AND INTEND TO LET EVERYONE KNOW JUST WHAT KIND OF PERSON I AM DEALING WITH.
