Today at All Saints Cathedral Youth church we had a very powerful sermon from our pastor Rev Alfred Apela. The sermon was about blessings; Why God will bless you and how He will bless you. I present to you a summary of how it was. Why God will bless you *God will bless you because He wants you to be a blessing (Gen 12:2b) *God will bless you to establish His covenant (Psalms 89:4) *God will bless you to take away shame out of your life (Joel 2:23) *God blesses you to promote His agenda/kingdom *God will bless you so that you can enjoy life (enjoyment is not from money but in the presence God). Ways God can use to Bless you. God can use either of the following ways to bless you: *Through priestly benediction *Through reigning you through a divine idea (very idea is a potential empire). *God can bless you for others. For you to extend the blessings. *Through parental blessing (Read the story of Joseph) *Through the work of your hands. He concluded by passing a blessing to us and that by the same date next month(28/10) we will be have a testimony of how God has blessed us
