Today at Buddy Up Mike and Irene will be leading the exercise portion so come join us! Mikes calling it Butts and Guts so Im pretty sure it will be leg day (just kidding!) Dont forget were meeting at the Wayne Community Center today! Since youll already be there, why not join in Irenes Hoop Class in Studio B at 11:00? No hoops needed Irene brings them with! $5 per person! This afternoon, Irene will also be doing chair massage at St. Pauls United Church of Christ in Dearborn Hts(On Cherry Hill at John Daly) at their Womens Day event...from 1:00 to 3:00. If you come to that, feel free to stick around after to peel Irene off the floor and throw her in the car to get home. (Just kidding again....maybe)
