Today at church they honored the Seniors. It was a very moving and amazing service (thank you Jordan Sharrock!!!) Bubba (Jackie berry ) did not kill me for the pictures I chose to put in the slide show an watching the slide show made me think of that Kenny Chesney song Dont blink. because it does go by so fast. Jordan asked if the parents would like to stand an say something of course I didnt cause I would be a blubbering idiot and no one would have understood me. So Hailey Norwood Sharrock and Jordan Sharrock said things about Bubba that made me tear up and swell with pride so thank you so much for that! I use to think it was me and my 2 boys against the world I didnt know Jesus and they didnt either we didnt go to church until God brought Leslie into our lives. An then while Les and I were dating we started going to church with Leslies mom and dad. Brother Mike Atkins and Mrs. Irene Atkins were amazing the took us in and made us feel like we had always been there. We all 3 got saved and baptized. Brother Mike even left Falls Creek church camp to officiate our wedding and brought the boys so they could give me away. Jason and Sonya Bounds were great to my boys and taught them sooo much about God and his son Jesus and how much God loves us all. Then Jordan and Hailey Came in an took over the youth group an helped the youth group grow and in a since become a family and they have been with them ever since. My point is all 4 of these men and their wives Hailey Mrs. Irene and Sonya have had a huge impact on both of my boys and is why Bubba (and cody) is so rooted in his faith and loves God and Jesus above all else because these men and women had a love for God that is amazing. I will never be able to thank you all enough:)
