Today folks was a very hard & emotional day .I got a call from a lady & told me her boyfriend , my 1 st roommate at the Miller centre had passed away a couple of Months ago & was trying to reach me to tell me .This young man Lenny was only 32years old & died during surgery in Ottawa.I felt so saddened & just cried to myself for a short period .I felt saddened because he was full of life.for what I went through I am so grateful for family & friends.Looking forward to spending this weekend with many friends from 40 years ago.Our high school reunion .I pray & hope I can attend all the planned activities.I know every day is a better day but today in reflection is a hard one.I know I have to move on as I just finished Physio at the Miller last Friday .Waiting for a program at the YMCA in September.I have to work hard to push myself over the summer .This helps clear my find in knowing their are many good days ahead.when you read this I say Thank You for good thoughts & Prayers every day.Must keep moving forward I know.
