Today has not been a very good day. Spent most of day in bed. Has a head ache and neck ache most of the day. This is 3rd day so guess this is to be expected. Life is good and I am thankful for the day that I have had. I got up 3 or 4 times for very short periods and back to bed. That is where I am headed now. God Bless you all. Life is so fragile, so enjoy every moment of it, we do not know what we face around the next curve.
