Today, in my first legislative votes as your Senator, I was proud to help pass a historic package of bills that make up The Women’s Equality Act. It includes measures like equal pay for equal work, expanded workplace harassment protections, and increased restrictions on discrimination in employment, credit, and housing. Im proud that Republicans and Democrats were able to work together in the Senate to make our State work better for all women.
