Today instead of going for my grueling 2 or 3 mile stint I went down to El Paseo Drive. For you that may not be aware of this it is the Rodeo Drive of the Desert. Every major big name store like Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Coach, Sachs, Tommy Bahama, El Paseo Jewlery and many more. As you walk the streets you see all the Rolls Royces, Bentleys, Ferraris, just parked on the streets. The Bentley pictured below is about 350,000 which is almost as much as my house in PA. Inconceivable to me to pay that much for a car but, I guess if you have it why not.This is one of the wealthiest per capita area in the nation. You could be eating at the Daily Grill (very famous) and never know what movie star or TV star will be sitting right next to you. Just if you are ever out here it is something to see.
