WANING CRESCENT (11 to 14 days after the full moon) CONJURING: Addictions, change, divorce, enemies, justice, obstacles, quarrels, removal, separation, stopping stalkers and theft. TIMING: As odd as this may sound, the strongest pull of the dark moon is around 10:00 a.m. The Balsamic moon is a healing moon. It is time for dreams and visions.
